The board has approved Top Rail Fence Company to begin fence replacements this spring. Group “E” will have their fences replaced first. To find out which group your home is in, please check the directory map in the community directory or view the group details here.

Homeowners in Group “E” will receive a letter in the mail with their scheduled replacement date.

We have also allocated funds to replace two walls this year, with work planned to begin this summer. Further details will be shared as the start date approaches.

Gate Information

• Homeowners with gates are responsible for the cost, which must be paid in full at the time of fence installation.
• Please confirm if you want a gate by the end of February.
• Gate Pricing: Single Gate - $266, Double Gate - $516
• All gate installations must be completed by Top Rail Fence Company.
